Serenity Beauty aims to provide a luxury service that specializes in creating and maintaining a healthy crown of hair offering services in natural, locs, and color. We strive to help you express your inner beauty in style. Reservation Fee: I require a reservation fee that goes towards your final payment AND reserves your appointment. This fee must be paid prior to your appointment time, you will receive a confirmation once the fee has been paid and the appointment is approved. This fee is non-refundable. Any cancellations must be done so within 24 hours. Any time after that will result in forfeiture of reservation fee. Rescheduling & Last Minute Cancellation: If you must reschedule, you will forfeit your reservation fee and it cannot be used for another appointment. I will reach out one (1) time to reschedule. Once confirmed for the new date, the full amount of the service is required at completion of services. If the second date is rescheduled or canceled you will not be able to book with me in the future. Late Fees: All late fees are due once you arrive - if you are 10 minutes late a $10 fee is required, 15 mins late it is a $20 fee. Anything past that you must reschedule. If your tardiness becomes a regular thing you will be unable to book with me in the future. By booking you consent that you have READ and UNDERSTAND everything stated. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This MUST be paid in FULL BEFORE the next appointment will be approved.
